1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the arionpl website, mobile application, or any service offered through the arionpl platform (collectively, the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the arionpl Platform. Your continued use of arionpl following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the arionpl Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This age requirement is consistent with PAGCOR regulations governing casino-style online gaming in the Philippines. arionpl strictly enforces this requirement and will request identity verification documents to confirm your age.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing arionpl from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of arionpl or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You must not have been previously excluded or suspended from arionpl or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other relevant regulatory authority.

arionpl reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or termination and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of arionpl services, you must create a registered account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You further agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.

Each individual may maintain only one (1) registered account on arionpl. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password;
• All activity that occurs under your arionpl account, whether or not authorised by you;
• Notifying arionpl immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security.

arionpl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these account security obligations. We reserve the right to refuse registration or cancel an existing account at our sole discretion, including where we have reason to believe that the information provided is inaccurate, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

arionpl supports a range of Philippine-based payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱) unless otherwise specified.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your arionpl account upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. arionpl does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification and compliance checks. Verified accounts may expect GCash and PayMaya withdrawals to be processed within approximately 15 minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days.

Withdrawal Conditions:

• You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• arionpl reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. See Section 5 for details.
• arionpl reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

All transactions on arionpl are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) compliance procedures consistent with Philippine law and PAGCOR guidelines.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

arionpl may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time of the offer.

General bonus conditions applicable to all arionpl promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. arionpl reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless specifically permitted.
• arionpl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or other fraudulent means — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus balances.

arionpl's decisions regarding bonus eligibility and wagering compliance are final and binding.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the arionpl Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game on arionpl, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

arionpl offers games across multiple categories including live casino tables (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Dragon Tiger), fishing games, slots, and specialty titles provided by our licensed game partners including BetterLive Live, W Live, HRG Live, Ocean Phoenix, and Nine. Each provider operates under its own certified random number generation (RNG) or live dealer protocols.

• Game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems or live dealer procedures, as applicable. arionpl does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, arionpl reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface.
• arionpl reserves the right to void bets placed in error, including bets placed after a game round has closed or bets resulting from a technical error.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection. arionpl is not liable for losses resulting from disconnection during gameplay.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the arionpl Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of account balances:

• Registering more than one account on arionpl;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, cheating, or fraudulent activity in connection with any game;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering or financing of illegal activities;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the arionpl Platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing arionpl staff or other players;
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions or account suspensions.

arionpl cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities, including PAGCOR, in the investigation of suspected illegal activity. We reserve the right to report suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities without prior notice to the user concerned.

8. Responsible Gaming

arionpl is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered arionpl players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a specified duration;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the arionpl Platform.

These tools are accessible directly from your account settings at any time. arionpl processes self-exclusion requests promptly. Once a self-exclusion is in effect, arionpl will take reasonable steps to prevent the excluded player from accessing the Platform, including blocking marketing communications.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the arionpl Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software, and the overall design and compilation of the Platform — is the property of arionpl or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the arionpl Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform;
• Modify or create derivative works based on Platform content;
• Use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering tools on the Platform;
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform without our express written consent.

Any unauthorised use of arionpl's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your licence to use the Platform and may give rise to legal action.

10. Privacy & Data

arionpl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the arionpl Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

arionpl implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and arionpl cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, arionpl, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the arionpl Platform.

Without limiting the foregoing, arionpl shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill;
• Losses arising from technical malfunctions, server downtime, or interruptions to the Platform;
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain account security;
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information or content on the Platform;
• Any loss or damage caused by a third-party game provider's systems or services.

arionpl's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your arionpl account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit arionpl's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Termination

arionpl reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements;
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from PAGCOR or other competent authorities;
• Extended periods of account inactivity as defined in our operational policies.

Upon termination, your right to access and use the arionpl Platform ceases immediately. Any balance remaining in your account at the time of termination will be handled in accordance with applicable law and our internal compliance procedures. Where termination is due to a breach of these Terms, arionpl reserves the right to withhold account balances pending investigation.

You may close your arionpl account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations that arose prior to closure.

13. Amendments to These Terms

arionpl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, arionpl will notify registered players through the Platform or via the email address associated with your account. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the arionpl Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. arionpl recommends checking this page each time you access the Platform.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and arionpl, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. arionpl is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and promptly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Where applicable, disputes may also be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms in accordance with its regulatory framework.
