arionpl ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal data you share with us when you use the arionpl platform, website, and mobile application (collectively, the "Platform"). This Privacy Policy describes how arionpl collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects your personal information in connection with your use of our services.

This Privacy Policy applies to all users of the arionpl Platform, including registered players, visitors who browse without registering, and individuals who contact arionpl through any channel. arionpl does not intentionally collect sensitive personal information beyond what is required for identity verification and regulatory compliance. Where sensitive data is collected (such as government ID details), it is handled with heightened security measures.

arionpl collects personal data through the following means:

• Direct interactions: Data you provide when registering an account, completing identity verification, making deposits or withdrawals, contacting support, or updating your account settings.

Where arionpl relies on your consent as the legal basis for processing, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal.

6. Data Sharing & Disclosure

arionpl does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their own commercial purposes. We may, however, share your personal data with the following categories of recipients where necessary and lawful:

• Payment processors: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment service providers, for the purpose of processing your deposits and withdrawals.
• Identity verification providers: Third-party KYC and AML service providers engaged by arionpl to verify your identity and comply with regulatory requirements.
• Game providers: Licensed game partners whose games are available on the arionpl Platform, to the extent necessary for game operation, dispute resolution, and responsible gaming compliance.
• Regulatory authorities: PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission (NPC), and other competent Philippine government authorities, where required by law or regulatory directive.
• Law enforcement: Philippine law enforcement agencies, where arionpl is legally required or permitted to disclose personal data in connection with the investigation of suspected criminal activity.
• Professional advisers: Legal counsel, auditors, and other professional advisers engaged by arionpl, subject to confidentiality obligations.
• Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of arionpl's business, your personal data may be transferred to the relevant successor entity, subject to equivalent data protection obligations.

All third parties with whom arionpl shares personal data are required to handle that data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and arionpl's data processing standards.

7. Data Retention

arionpl retains your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, regulatory, accounting, or reporting requirements.

As a general guide, arionpl applies the following retention periods:

• Account and identity data: Retained for the duration of your account and for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in compliance with PAGCOR and AMLC record-keeping requirements.
• Transaction and financial data: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction, consistent with Philippine AML regulations.
• Communications data: Support correspondence and chat logs are retained for up to three (3) years from the date of the interaction.
• Technical and usage data: Retained for up to twenty-four (24) months from collection, unless required for longer periods for fraud investigation or legal proceedings.
• Marketing preferences: Retained until you withdraw consent or close your account, whichever is earlier.

When personal data is no longer required, arionpl will securely delete or anonymise it in accordance with our data disposal procedures.

8. Data Security

arionpl implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, destruction, alteration, or disclosure. These measures include:

• Transport Layer Security (TLS) encryption for all data transmitted between your device and the arionpl Platform;
• Encryption of sensitive data at rest, including financial information and identity documents;

In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, arionpl will notify the National Privacy Commission and affected individuals in accordance with the requirements of the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

9. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

arionpl uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate and improve the Platform, personalise your experience, and analyse usage patterns. A cookie is a small text file placed on your device when you visit the arionpl website or use the app.

arionpl uses the following categories of cookies:

• Strictly necessary cookies: Essential for the Platform to function. These include session authentication cookies and security tokens. These cannot be disabled without affecting Platform functionality.
• Functional cookies: Remember your preferences such as language settings, preferred game categories, and login details to improve your arionpl experience.
• Analytics cookies: Help arionpl understand how players use the Platform — which pages are visited most, how long sessions last, and where users encounter issues. This data is aggregated and anonymised where possible.

11. Minors & Age Restriction

The arionpl Platform is strictly intended for individuals who are 21 years of age or older, consistent with PAGCOR regulations governing online casino gaming in the Philippines. arionpl does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

As part of the registration process, arionpl requires all users to confirm that they meet the minimum age requirement and to submit identity verification documents for age verification. Where arionpl discovers that personal data has been collected from an individual under 21 years of age, we will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account.

12. International Data Transfers

arionpl primarily processes and stores personal data within the Philippines. In certain circumstances, personal data may be transferred to, or accessed by, service providers or game partners located outside the Philippines — for example, where a game provider's servers are hosted in another jurisdiction.

Where such international transfers occur, arionpl ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your personal data, including contractual data protection clauses consistent with the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 and NPC guidelines on cross-border data transfers.

arionpl will not transfer your personal data to jurisdictions that do not provide an adequate level of data protection without implementing appropriate safeguards and, where required, obtaining your consent.

13. Updates to This Privacy Policy

arionpl reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or regulatory requirements. When material changes are made, arionpl will notify registered players through the Platform or via the email address associated with your account.

The revised Privacy Policy will display an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the arionpl Platform following the posting of an updated Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

arionpl recommends that you review this Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed of how we protect your personal data.
